Yoga DVD Advice Anyone?

I have a lot going on in my workout schedule, but I checked out a DVD from the library which had a lot of nutrition and other info on it. It also had two yoga segments, or more, I looked at two. One wasn't for me, but I liked the other one. It was short and the poses were very helpful in relieving some aches in my body. This particular DVD was by GAIAM Living Arts. I have a balance ball DVD by them as well; it came with the ball.

I don't really plan on becoming a yoga practitioner, but I was looking for something similar today, a bit of yoga for relaxation and perhaps improved flexibility. I found an AM/PM yoga DVD by Suzanne Deason (produced by GAIAM Living Arts) which looks good, and a stress relief and women's yoga DVD by her as well. I like the stuff I have used by Living Arts, but I haven't seen any of her stuff. I also saw some stuff for beginners by Yoga Zone.

Anyone have any favorites, suggestions?

I'll have to look for Yoga for Dummies. There books have been pretty good. I looked at Running for Dummies before I started.

Thanks.

That one got good reviews from those who commented on Amazon.com. I'm seriously considering it. The library has one of hers, not that one, but I'm having it put on a hold so I can see it and see how I like her.

Thanks,
