Someone else, Miranda maybe, recommends whipped cream or cool whip for that sweet treat I'm going to have to try it myself. Also, amazing your able to get in all that exercise with all your responsiblities. Not going to be able to use that excuse for myself much longer. ;o)

Of course I don't mind if you ask, I went from 230lbs to 155lbs, I've lost 75lbs. I was a size 22, now an 8.
I also don't like the little "d" word. I had to make a life style change, so why not call it Life Maintance plan. This is a issue I will always have to work on. Its so easy for us to gain it all back, so this is why it is so important to make this change for ever, and understand that from the beginning..
I know you can do it. Gosh If I did , I know anyone can. Keep reminding yourself, when you have that feeling of wanting something you know isn't the best for you, that you want to be a 8. I always said to myself, Dawn, do you really need that?, then I would remind myself how would I feel if I ate it, probly really satisfied, but not happy with myself. And Thats when I would have to remind myself, I love me. I want to succeed, I want to be healthier. And then I wouldn't even want it.
(to tell you the truth , my friends at work say the same thing about the book.. Maybe I should)
