Thank You so much. And yes I'm very proud of my self so far. As of secrets, wish there was some. But this is what I tell my friends, eat 6-7 small meals/ snacks. Lots of fruits and veggies, make then salad your new best friend. Lots of water each day, no caffine, NO SODA, when you feel hungry eat a snack. You have to do what works for you, oh and also I'm becoming a very good label reader...
....well actually that's just til' I hit a mini goal -final goal is about 20lbs away :sigh:.......and I've been hanging onto these last 11/20 for so long now!!
