Here's hoping you get some good nights worth of sleep this week Robyn! I seem to be back on track with my sleeping these days, though last night I got up at 3am to check something, and was awake for an hour!!
My personal challege this week is to do 45 minutes of ab workouts.. I really need alot of work in that department, I do about 20 mins every other day, but I will do it 5 days this week.
I feel awful--- here I post (on Monday) about doing a personal challenge.....and I'm probably doing the worst at it!! I should have known this week would be a cRaZy-off-the-wall one, but didn't think of that when I decided to challenge myself.
So far this week I've done one decent workout. Today and tomorrow aren't looking good for catching up. Not sure about the weekend, going boating etc.....doesn't leave much time for workouts.
The least I can do is keep an eye on what I'm eating!

Gosh I need as much help as possible in that department. I want to have a Tummy tuck, but dh is rather againist it. So I'll try what ever for now
