Well on days that I know I won't have alot of time to devote myself, I just get up an hour earlier and get it done. I know it sounds rough, but I do enjoy it more when everyone else is sleeping, and not watching mama's fight sling here and there..haha
....yea I hear you, and during the summer (when I have time off) I can do that.....but I am so NOT a morning person, lol!! The effort of getting out of the bed is just enough for me to start the day. I'm much more of an evening person when it comes to working out-- actually anything when I come to think of it!
I totaly agree. I like working out in the morning - get it over with. but i do not like getting up early. But i am sure if i went to bed at a decent time i wouldn't have a problem with that. lol
