We're so proud of you, I know it was hard. I understand all to well. IT gives you such a feeling of acomplishment when you finish a workout. I think I'll get a little extra workout tonight .. Congrats

Thanks. I'm in such a bad mood today, so I'm hoping a work out will give me some energy, and maybe make me feel better....at least about myself. Ugh! lol. Good luck on your "extra" workout.

Oops, missed #2, but I was going wake up this morning and do it, but my gawd I was exhausted. Weird. And bad bad bad day.

So, tonight for sure. I have errands to run, but that's not going to stop me. I'm just not going ot surf or watch tv. :)

Work out comes FIRST then play.

What's your goal for the week? You don't have to do one every day right now.

I find that it's easier to exercise after work. I have more energy, or I just need to release the stress from my annoying job. Either way, it works for me in the early evenings. I do get up and do it sometimes when I have something going on in the evening, but I don't like to.

My weekly goal. Aim for 5 days a week. If I get 3 in, I"m happy. Just exercising is my goal. I hate to say that Hawaii is my goal, but it kinda is. I need to lose this weight and I'm going to do what I can NOW before I leave (in 7 weeks).

And when I go to Hawaii, I'm usually MORE active than I am here. Besides, if I don't lose at LEAST 10 lbs, I have no clothes. And no money to buy new clothes, so what will I do? Walk around in jeans everyday? Ugh!

So, my BIG reason for losing at least 10 NOW is so I have shorts to wear. lol. Sadly, since last year, I've gained like 20lbs. Lost 8 so far, need to lose at least 10-12 to fit my clothes from one year ago. That's just downright depressing.

Shoot, I wanna look like a total babe while I'm THERE!!! There are so many HOT HOT HOT guys. lol. Okay, I love the mixed Asian look, so y'know, I'm all over them. Shhh...don't tell dbf. hehehe!

But yeah, every year, I go, I am heavier than the previous year. So this year, I want to be the same or less, and next year, even more less. :)
