and it was fun AND brutal. IT was 45 min, but had aerobics and weight training in there. So, not too bad. but boy, does my stomach, butt, legs, hurt. lol.. oh heck. I HURT lol.

and afterwards, I thought I'd give my new Playstation game a try. Yes ladies, I got the Dance Dance REvolution. lol. All I can say is, I totally give big bows of respect to my bf's cousin and neices. Cuz I SUCK!!! lol.

But, seriously, it was fun. I was laughing so hard at myself, my stomach hurt more (cuz y'know I was doing ab work out prior). Oh man, that was fun though.

Here's my dilemma. While bf is at my house, I know I won't do my workout (closet workout person here). But what can I do to get my exercise in? I don't want to NOT work out just cuz he's there and yet, I'd rather do things together. Hmmm...deos sex count? lol. j/k. But seriously, I guess we could go wlaking, but knowing him, he'll be too tired from work. I have an idea. I think if he's "too tired" from work, I'll just go to the gym. Why sacrifice myself just cuz HE's tired.

Cuz I need to lose a minimum of 12 lbs to FIT into my summer clothes!!! lol.

btw. i'm now tracking my inches too. so we'll see how that goes.

Good for you, and I'm glad you had FUN with it....and then with the dancing afterwards!! As for working out with bf there- walking sounds good. Or do you both have bicycles? Biking could be another option, but I agree if he's too tired for that then head out to the gym ;-)

Well, he does want to get a bike, but I think the ring should come first. LOL. Anyhow. Since I am in my new place and we have a gym on-site, I think I'll go run for like 20 mins if he's too tired. Heck, if he wants to come and watch, that's fine. lol.

That's okay, I got "FAILED" lol. and the game stopped. I guess I better find a faster song, that's REALLY EASY. lol. I just know, by watching my bf's family that the slower it goes, the harder it is. So, I bumped it up a bit. hehehe.

Oh well, more practice and maybe I can be called a monkey. :)

Bummer, no third workout last night. However, I lost 1.5lbs via WW. Yay!!! Just 10.5 more to go before I can fit in my summer clothes. THat's my first goal. FIT in my summer clothes so I can wear something cooler in HAwaii. Can't you just see me in jeans and t-shirts sweating and dying, cuz nothing else fit? lol.

On the upside. Tomorrow I'm golfing. Which means, 5 hours of walking. And dangit. I AM going to wear that darn pedometer. BF and I are always curious as to how much we walk. Cuz although a course may be 6,000 yards, I surely don't walk straight from the tee box to the pin...cuz y'know, I hit the ball all over the place. lol. We'll see how fast i hit that 10,000 steps i'm supposed to walk. lol

Well, yesterday was just a fluke of sorts. First, I had a WW meeting right after work, and then I had to get to the store before it closed, however, I felt wrong not eating dinner with dbf. I mean, by the time I would've gotten home, he would've been asleep. I guess, having just moved out, and having him stay there, I'd rather go home and be with him, than go to the store, or work out. lol.

Priorities, y'know. However, if we had been living together for a while, or if this was a norm on Thursday's then yes, I would've gone. it's too new to NOT pass up.lol.

okay, next week, i promise to go to the gym FIRST before I go to his house and pick him up. guess he better realize i won't be coming to get him until like closer to 9ish. lol.

As for BF, I had to finish my workout when he was there Wed., but I had already started. Try to get to him to go for a walk with you, or skate or something. You hike right, does he? Take a nice scenic romantic hike into the woods and have a picnic.

Thanks for the suggestions. As for Thursday. Please understand, I made a choice, however, he also goes to bed at 9pm. which makes things a bit harder to do since we both wake up around 5:30am - 6:00am. lol.

However, on the weekends, yes, we go golfing, and we will start up hiking again. :) And we were going to go walk last night, except by the time we got home, it was about 8:45 and well, it was his sleep time.

it's hard when two ppl have conflicting schedules. I work later than him. I also go to work later and sleep later. soon though, i won't care that he's at my place, the newness will have worn off, and i'll go do my own thing. lol
