I have a question to ask someone

Hello to everyone out there. I have a question in regards to fitness and exercising. I joined an exercise program two times per week called Jazzercise in March of 2004. I stopped going for awhile since April 2005 because I had too many things going on at the same time (work, relationship, etc) and I felt totally burned out in the interim.
I have noticed in the past couple of weeks that my lower back and legs feel sore and I'm wondering would it have anything to do with me stop going to exercise class, I've never felt like this before. If anyone could answer my question, I would greatly appreciate it very much.

...it does sound like the lack of regular exercise has something to do with your leg pains. Maybe since you have taken a hiatus from working out you could restart things slowly...hopefully with just a few walks a week, and some stretching you'll begin to feel a bit better.
