i walked yesterday and today at lunch. Me and some coworkers went around my office building 4 times - one trip is .3 miles. It is a start. My back was killing me but after i changes shoes they were better. I have a pair of Merrils that i have been wearing for almost a year. They are so comfortable but i think i need a new pair.
Eating is still a bit iffy.

Excellent! I got 2 walks in myself this week. Huge struggle for me to exercise. lol I just got a new pair of New Balance cross training shoes (I think they are cross trainers) and they are so light and comfortable. Think shoes will make a big difference for you and be a source of motivation as well.

Good for you Robyn! Having some health conscious co-workers who are willing to walk with you at lunch is great...plus it will probably help to take that break mid way through the workday. Is this something you will continue this coming week? Getting into a routine will be wonderful!

If it is not humid i will walk. Today i have some reading for my night class tonight to do. My weekend was not a productive as i hoped. I want to start walking or doing a tape in the AM before work. I just need to get to bed at a normal time. that is proving hard. ;)
