Okay so far that put's us at
85 Minutes!
Come on Ladies!!!!
Depends on when your week starts...
On Sunday we did a lot of sightseeing in San Francisco. I think I can count that at least as 60 min of walking. Mon - Wed: 40 min of biking each day.
Total: 180 min

Oh much to hot & humid to join in. Does sleeping count?

Let's see...
Monday 60 minutes cleaning the basement/moving boxes
Tuesday 30 minutes on the heavy bag 60 minutes swimming/playing with kids at the beach (hardest workout I did all week long!!!)
Wednesday 20 minutes on the treadmill 20 minutes yoga/stretching
Thursday 20 minutes upper body weights
For a total of...210 minutes this week.
So far I've done 115 minutes...

Okay, well I'll add up my yesterday:
30 minutes roller blading to and from work
20 min elliptical trainer
20 minutes gym work
Hey Ladies, we're getting close!!!
We're now at:
945 minutes!!!!!
Only 495 more minutes to go!!
