OK, well although I've had a hectic week, but a happy one (see post in off topic folder!!)....I have a few minutes to add-


Tues: 20min walk
Wed: 40min yoga
Thurs: 20min walk


Total: 80mins so far.....bringing us to:


1265 Minutes!!


Leaving us with...


175 minutes left!!

Running 36 mins (6/6/05)
Strength Training 15 mins (6/6/05)
Biking 60 mins (6/8/05)
Strength Training 15 mins (6/8/05)
Swimming 26 mins (6/9/05)
Running 30 mins (6/9/05)
Cool Down Walk 17 mins (6/9/05)

199 Mins For me so far this week. I have a bike tomorrow, a long run on sat and a long ride on Sunday. (If you want to count last sunday Not sure if we are going from last sunday to this Sat or Monday to Sunday... anywho that was a 120 min ride)
