Alright Ladies, we're starting off at:
1579 Minutes
and aiming for 2880 Minutes for a full 48 Hours of Exercise!
We succeeded in achieving a full 24 hours in 5 days!

30 mins. running on treadmill
Saturday- 20mins swimming
Sunday- 45mins walking
TOTAL- 65mins

Wow ladies you all were sure busy over the weekend!!!
I'm afraid I can't contribute a whole lot -
30 Minutes of Walking
which puts us at:
2229 Minutes
so only
211 Minutes
Well, I cleaned the house for 2 1/2 solid hours on Saturday and then danced at a wedding reception for at least an hour that night. Does that count???? :-)
You can definitely put me down for 60 minutes in the gym today.

Saturday- 60 minute HKD class, 40 minutes of yoga
=160 for the weekend for me
Add in my 30 minute run from yesterday
and 45 minutes from my swim today!!
