Well, no exercise for me on Friday, but we went to a campus fair at the University and we did a ton of walking, plus a fitness test!
So I'll put down 30 minutes for the fitness test and walking on Saturday
Sunday it was finally sunshiny!
Add 70 minutes (45 karate and 25 walking) for me for last week (I know...slacker week)
And I'll add in some more tomorrow!!
