I'll put down another 20 minutes for my rollerblading today! And hopefully I'll have some numbers to post over the weekend!!

I did 30 minutes of cardio (kickboxing sort of thing DVD) and 30 minutes of yoga last night.

Well, no exercise for me on Friday, but we went to a campus fair at the University and we did a ton of walking, plus a fitness test!


So I'll put down 30 minutes for the fitness test and walking on Saturday


Sunday it was finally sunshiny!
