Ok log me for an hour of feverish cleaning yesterday...sweeping, mopping etc...that does count as exercise right?

Here's what I've done that I haven't posted yet:


60 minute HKD class Friday night


60 minute HKD class Saturday afternoon


45 minutes weights, 30 minutes Pilates Monday evening


So that's a total of - need a calculator - 195 minutes

60 minutes in HKD last night.


30 minutes walking this morning.


I should have some more minutes to post tomorrow from doing weights tonight as well. But for now, 90 minutes.

Today was cleaning day ;-)
(I believe we're including strenuous cleaning. Right?)


Bathroom- scrubbing tub, sink and toilet= 30mins
Sweeping and Mopping= 35mins
Washing windows= 25mins


~there was no stopping me today, lol!!


TOTAL= 1hr 30mins (90mins)

Add in 1 hour of water aerobics for me today.
