I'm sorry I won't be around for the end of this challenge-- I know that I'll be running from terminal to terminal tomorrow-- I have 2hrs between my flight from here getting into JFK and making the flight to Dublin-- I hope I make it!! Wednesday probably won't do anything much, I should arrive in that morning. Thursday I'll probably take a walk around my home town.
So- if you want you could add in another 90mins for me ;-)

Last night I did 50 minutes of weights. This morning I did a 45 minute walk.

I didn't get a lot of exercise in on the weekend, but did get to the gym on Sunday for 40 minutes.
