OK sorry checking from last time I did 6 hours (Various run/bike/strengthtraining mostly)

and so far this week.
Sunday 6/26/05 2 hours cycling

So that's 8 hours @ 60 mins each

Making 480 mins. Today was an off day but I'll be booking it the rest of the week.

Someone should've came and got me for this one. Come now, you do realize I golf anywhere from 2.5-5.5 hours a week, right? And that's on one day. NOT including the walking I do after, and the softball I play (although, that would only add up to a few mins).

I'll see how you guys are doig w/o me at the end of the week, and if you need some help, I'll be more than happy to figure out my golfing. BTW, I walk, I don't ride in a cart, so hey, that's exercise. :)

I don't think I posted my HKD class from Friday night, 60 minutes

I also went to HKD on Saturday, 60 minutes and did a yoga workout later on Saturday to help stretch after class, 30 minutes.

On Monday, I did 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio.

So let's see that's, 210 minutes

I'll add my 20 minutes of roller blading yesterday, a 15 minute walk yesterday, 15 minutes of roller blading this morning, plus 10 minutes stretching and ab work when I got up.

So now we're at:

6,840 Minutes

only

10,380 left!

We've now exercised for:

4.75 Days!

Whose brilliant idea was this?

Those numbers look like we're going backward....
