When does this end? What DAY? Cuz I may be golfing TWICE this weekend (sat/sun). Which adds on another 10 hours or so. LOL

I just joined the boards and found this challenge. Fantastic idea! Here's my contribution: I walked 30 minutes yesterday morning and 75 minutes last night. Today, I did 45 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of exercise using 5 lb weights.

My total is 170 minutes (if my math is right).

Well, let's see...here's my tally for the week so far:

Monday: 30 mins of stretching and weights
Tuesday: 75 mins of running 5 miles
Wednesday: 30 mins of elliptical and 30 mins. of weights
Thursday: 60 mins of running 4 miles. Later in the PM, 30 mins for walking

I guess that makes my weekly total so far: 255 mins!

Too funny! I would have never questioned your math and would have blindly gone on exercising for a year to get a weeks worth of exercise in. Doh!

I did 45 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of Pilates last evening=75 minutes.

Great job! I'm going to try pilates class tomorrow morning.

Here's my total for today:
30 minutes of walking
10 minutes of ab exercises
20 minutes of upper body, strength training on my friend's bowflex machine

Grand total: 60 minutes
