Cortislim Update

Hello to all. Did ya miss me? We've had trouble with email at home and work has crunched me on emails too, so I'm just now sitting down to write and update everyone on the Cortislim commercial and print ads.

Still no dates, but I have been informed that the ad of the three of us (I'm the brunette in the middle) will be in Ms.Fitness magazine and in every WalMart across the country that sells Cortislim.

This week we've come up with more ideas for future tapings, maybe some radio spots and In Store promotionals.

I have two birthday parties to throw for my two youngest children this week so I don't expect things to slow down at all.

I hope all are well and big cyber hugs to my girls!

Cortislim is a dietary supplement that controls the secretion of Cortisol which is a stress hormone like adrenaline (sp?). Cortisol attracts fat to your abdomen beause it thinks you're in danger and wants to protect your internal organs. I gained 10 pounds, just in my belly, because of all the stress we've been under the last two years. This was the only product that helped me loose the weight without side affects. I know that sounds too good to be true, but I'm being completely honest. I wrote my testimony to Cortislim and they chose me and several others to do testimonial commercials, print ads and eventually they'll post them on the website.

Glad to see Cortislim works for you. Do you have to keep taking it for the rest of your life?

Personally I find that exercise reduces stress AND builds muscles AND improves cardiovascular health.

I was chosen for jury duty so I've been extra busy this week. But I don't mind because it gets me away from my job! Ick, I hate working with half those people and can hardly wait for something less hostile.

Yes, exercise, a healthy diet and plenty of rest is the key. I just found that Cortislim helped my efforts and I got result quicker. That's why it's called a supplement. It supplements your diet and exercise. I'd love to post our picture but I haven't paid to join for the extra features on this board since I can't visit as often anymore. If someone can tell me of another way to do it, let me know.

I'm going to bed early tonight. I haven't slept well the last few nights and need to catch up. Chrissy's b-day went well and Grant's is this Saturday. I realized on the way home that I haven't mailed invitations yet. This jury thing threw me off my routine.

Best to all,
Ginger
