I'd say
I'm to that point too Miranda. Just don't know if I can lose 7 lbs. Even when I think I'm doing relatively well I don't lose but gain. Which I'm okay with not losing I just want to see a physical difference like a flatter tummy and looking more toned. Feeling physically better would be nice too. Not so tired more energetic etc.
I do the same thing with rewarding myself with food and sometimes just lack self control and do things that I can't even figure out why like have a Wendy's value meal after I just said I need to stop doing it. grrrrrrrrrr.
