Okay ladies, here's a new post to see how long we can exercise for in one entire month!!!!

Started out the 4th on the right foot - muesli and tons of fruits with non-fat yoghurt for breakfast, then went to the gym:
35 minutes elliptical trainer
25 minutes weight training
60 minutes TOTAL!
Okay minisinge, I'll add my measly 15 minutes of roller blading into work this morning, but nothing for yesterday.

On Monday, I did a 30 minute AM Yoga video, then walked about 15 minutes to where some friends live to watch the parade.
Last night I went to HKD class, 60 minutes. So that's 105 minutes for the last two days.
Didn't work out on the 4th. But I didn't overdo it on the bbq! And, yesterday, I had 1.5 cups of berries and mangos and 4 cups of veggies.
Ok, here's my total for yesterday:
1 hr 45 min of walking
20 minutes of boflex
BTW,I've lost 2 pounds in the last 10 days :)
