Wow, great going! You can add 30 minutes of water aerobics this morning.

I did a 45 minute walk/run last evening, and a 30 minute PM Yoga DVD. 75 minutes.

75 minutes again last night, 30 minutes lifting weights and 45 minute Pilates DVD I checked out from the library that had floor exercises and standing exercises and stretching-good ab workout
