Hey ladies, we are off to a great start this week!!!
I'll add my 15 minutes of legs and abs this morning, plus another 15 of roller blading into work!

Looks like I haven't posted anything from the weekend. So Friday night 1 hour HKD class, and Saturday 1 hour HKD class, then 30 minutes Pilates later that evening. Then 30 minutes of weights and 45 minutes Pilates Monday evening.
So that's 225 minutes
