Today (July 13): 30 minutes of pilates + 20 minutes stationary bike = 50 mins.
Well I got in 30 minutes of rollerblading yesterday, plus 30 minutes of swimming!
Way to go ladies - we're doing great!!
So far we're at:
2,040 Minutes
only
8,040 Minutes
until we've exercised for an entire week!!
July 14
30 minutes of rollerblading
30 minute walk last evening, too hot to run, and 30 minutes of Pilates after that=60 minutes.
Okay ladies, let's kick it up a notch - Bam!!
