Okay ladies, here's a new post to see how long we can exercise for in one entire month!!!!

Tuesday, July 12: 45 minutes elliptical trainer + 15 minutes weights = 60 mins.
Today (July 13): 30 minutes of pilates + 20 minutes stationary bike = 50 mins.

Embarrased to do so.... I'm adding my measly 25 minutes of walking... (and that's been the entire month, how sad)

Well I got in 30 minutes of rollerblading yesterday, plus 30 minutes of swimming!

I did 30 minutes of cardio on Tuesday evening and 30 minutes of yoga.

30 minute walk last evening, too hot to run, and 30 minutes of Pilates after that=60 minutes.
