We went away for a few days, so I haven't had a chance to post.
Not to worry. I used the hotel gym while we were on vacation!
Here's my total for last week:
150 min walking/jogging on the treadmill
45 min swimming
20 minutes using weight machine- Sorry. I would have done more, but I didn't feel very comfortable with the equipment in the hotel. I wish I could take that bowflex machine with me. Sigh.
Here's the total for Sun through this morning:
135 min walking (too humid to do much running!)
80 min using the bowflex machine with my friend, Jackie
BTW, doing the water challenge with this challenge really helps! Thanks!

I have to go back to last Friday I think, oh, I skipped HKD on Friday. I went to HKD on Saturday, 60 minutes. I walked for about 15 minutes Sunday after church. Did the 1 Mile WATP tape, about 20 minutes, and 15 minutes of yoga on Monday. I also went to HKD last evening, another 60 minutes. So the total is 210 minutes.
If this infection clears up soon, I will get those minutes back up there again.
