Ok, since I'm joining late and don't want to break it all down daily for you I'm going to do a combined total pulled off fitday for this month.

60 minutes weights
30 minutes cardio
90 minutes total
Please add 45 minutes yard work and 30 minutes bike=75 total for me for the 25th.
I'm currently trying to hit the gym twice a day-well two different gyms once a day each.

Yes, Kiervan, you can count heavy duty lawn work!!
OK, I'm behind in posting again, but I have some to add since last week.
Thursday: 15 minutes of walking
Friday: 30 minute Pilates
Saturday: back to HKD (1 hour), 30 minutes yoga later in the evening
Sunday: 30 minute AM Yoga
Monday: 50 minutes weights and 30 minutes cardio
So that's 245 since I last posted.
Please add 30 minutes.
