Variety is the key! Changing types of exercise not only prevents injuries, it also exercise different muscles and you get a better overall workout!

I switch up exercise tapes - different styles but still tapes done in my own house.
This help keep me interested.

Variety even though sometimes I have to stick with one thing just to keep myself exercising. I'll try new or different things as I go along, however, if I'm moving that's half the battle.

I enjoy the variety, especially with cardio. I walk to work and back, and other places too, but I can't run too many days in a row so I use some cardio videos as well. I also do weights about twice a week, and Pilates or yoga two or three times a week and of course HKD three times a week most weeks.

I like to do my videos and go to the gym but i get bored easily. I need to be creative and get purposeful exercise like riding my bike, walking in the park etc.
