Hi all! I'm new to this board, not to ivillage, and I just bought a Treadclimber! I am 30 and have found that since having my son 3 years ago, and now turning 30 last January, my body is just too flabby! I practice yoga and have been doing that since I was a child actually, but I recently decided I need more than that, so I bought a treadclimber. I owned an elliptical in the past, but this is definitely a better workout, I am loving it so far, and have only had it for a week. My husband also just got a huge universal gym weight center thing for free from a friend, so I plan to start using that a little too. I am very excited to hopefully get into better shape. I dont' think I have a lot of weight to lose, but I want to get rid of some of the flab and get my heart in better shape. Even though I have only been using my treadclimber a week, I already feel like my metabolism is up. I notice that my stomach is growling a lot more often than normal which is a good sign of my metabolism being increased from before.

Hi there and welcome aboard!
Congrats on your new TreadClimber! I know you will love it and if you keep using it often, you will really see the pounds drop off and the "flab" too. Great job!
Anyway, I hope you find a lot of sound advice and many health-minded friends. Again... welcome!
Welcome to the board. It's great that you're enjoying your purchase. It helps if the exercise is enjoyable. I just started venturing into the world of yoga. It's tough, but there's something really great about it as well. I thought I needed it to add a little balance to the cardio and weights I already do. Actually, it sounds like we have both rounded out our workouts rather nicely with our additions.
I'm sure you'll enjoy this board, lots going on here.
