1) Do you follow a particular plan? Do you feel that you put more effort into your fitness goals when you're on a plan?
No, I'm not on any plan. Plans never did me a bit of good. LOL. I weighed 129 when I went on my first plan, and 195 when I quit my last one. I have much better results when I listen to my own body. Not that there aren't times when I have to push myself to go out and exercise, but it's because I know it will make me feel good, not because a plan says I have to.
2) Do you work up a good sweat while working out?
Usually, yes. If I go on a long hike, unless it's hot out, I usually don't sweat a whole lot.
3) What workout do you do so that you can finish and think "wow, I really pushed myself"?
Running. That has to be the toughest workout in the world for me. The workouts are short, obviously, but I always feel like I have really accomplished something.
4) On a scale of 1-5 (5 being highest) where do you rate your willpower?
I don't believe in willpower. I think that "giving in" or "losing control" is related to deprivation. If I want a brownie, I'm going to have one and enjoy it, and then get back to my healthy eating.

I don't follow a plan. I tried Weight Watchers and South Beach and was motivated for about a week. I try to devise a plan with both food and exercise but I feel lazy just saying it but I hate to exercise. I do think that I do better when I arrange(get my husband to watch the kids) to work out instead of "wing it".
2) Do you work up a good sweat while working out?
When I run on the treadmill.
3) What workout do you do so that you can finish and think "wow, I really pushed myself"?
Yoga, Pilates (when I do it right)and running. I hate running so if I can do it for longer than 5 minutes straight, I feel pretty good.
4) On a scale of 1-5 (5 being highest) where do you rate your willpower?
My willpower is the worst. I would say a 1. I don't know if it is from a lifetime of depriving myself of foods I love but I am totally rebelling in my 30's and my stomach and face are paying for it.
1) Do you follow a particular plan? Do you feel that you put more effort into your fitness goals when you're on a plan?
If I actually ever stuck with my plan, I'd be a 120 lb triathalete! No, I don't push myself enough. I do ok for a few days, but then I let life get in my way. I've started comparing myself to how I did last year at this time, rather than how I should be now.
2) Do you work up a good sweat while working out?
Usually, but not always. Yesterday I played with the kids at the beach and realized when I got home that I had the best workout in MONTHS without even trying. I actually ached!
3) What workout do you do so that you can finish and think "wow, I really pushed myself"?
Tae Bo or Friday night kick boxing
4) On a scale of 1-5 (5 being highest) where do you rate your willpower?
2. I'm WAAAYYY too good at rationalizing bad behavior. Sometimes I'll make up some great excuse why I can't work out or why a few bites of ice cream won't hurt me and in my head I'll say "you know that's not true", but I do it anyway.
1) Do you follow a particular plan? Do you feel that you put more effort into your fitness goals when you're on a plan?
Not really, just try to do cardio at least 5 times per week and weight training at least 3 times per week.
2) Do you work up a good sweat while working out?
Yes, 90% of the time even in an air-conditioned gym.
3) What workout do you do so that you can finish and think "wow, I really pushed myself"?
When I up my weights!
4) On a scale of 1-5 (5 being highest) where do you rate your willpower?
Probably between 3 and 4. The nice part is I don't need that much willpower anymore. After working out rather hard for two months, I am a bit addicted to going to the gym and feel strange when I don't. The bad part is, I have been sick with some virus and have no energy. The doctor said this is likely to last another few weeks! These days 3 workouts a week is all I can manage.
