Thanks you guys for welcoming me and for the research you did on Cortidrene. I am still at a stand-still and afraid to try it but I am feeling a little desperate. The weight that I lost seems to be creeping back on and I am afraid it is because I am off the antidepressants (it has been over the top stressful over here) so I am thinking that because I am not handling it very well maybe there is something to the stress and stomach connection. Although...I haven't been able to get to the gym and it is that time of the month so that being said...I am feeling like a big pig! Anyway, thanks again.

Hey Bella, we all have days (weeks, months, LOL) like that.

Miranda, I think you are right and I am just a little freaked out now that I am on no meds. I have decided to take small steps...quit drinking pop, no more going on candy binges, and no more eating after 7:00. My family and I are going to start walking after dinner so maybe that will make a difference. It is strange, everytime I go to buy Cortislim or Relacore, something makes me stop and not get it. Maybe it is a sign to try other things first.

Hi Bella,

I have really started my new eating lifestyle this month. I have avoided sodas, except for every once in a while, I drink one for a treat. Water is my new drink of choice not to mention it is making my skin look awesome. I feel so much better after I exercise, so taking walks will definately help with your stress. Not to mention it will wear the kids out. Nice seeing you here.

Thanks, Deb. It is nice to be here. I just got back from our first after dinner walk (of course we overdid it and went farther than we should have). I know what you mean about the soda for a treat. I looooove Coke and so I am weaning myself off of it. One a day and then one every other day and then one a week. I tried switching to Diet Coke but it wasn't the same. I think the thing about taking the supplements was that I was enticed by the lowering of stress levels. A lot of people said they helped them feel calmer. I am still afraid to try them. I am afraid that I am always going to feel like I need to take them so for now...I'll just keep wondering.

I've been taking Omega supplements. The kind I take has fish, borage and flaxoil. Which covers the Omega 3-6-9 acids. The health benifits are fabulous. Omega 3 is found in Fish Oil, you can get those where you buy vitamins. It may help with your stress.

The ones I take are about 3/4" long. But they are like vitamin E capsules, liquid inside. So if the size freaks you out, you could alway puncture the capsule with a pin and put it on some of your food. Just a thought
