Let's be honest- how often do you eat:
1) salad?
2) fruit?
3) milk/dairy products?
4) fast food?
5) chocolate?

Huh...lets see...
1) salad?
Five times a week maybe. I used to eat it much more, like daily, but as I hate to admit this, as I get older, lettuce and acidic stuff become more and more challenging for my tummy to take. And I don't like heavy salad dressings, so I guess 5 times is about what I can take.
2) fruit?
Everyday. I'm an antioxidant fanatic! Sounds insane I know but I can't do much about keeping my boobs from dropping so I'm going to do all I can to keep my skin looking great X:)
3) milk/dairy products?
Dairy products everyday. Milk, yuck!
4) fast food?
Not often at all. Twice a month if that.
5) chocolate?
Well that depends. Begining of cycle, not often. End of cycle, dream about it non-stop and try to limit intake to every other day instead of every hour X:) I've grown quite fond of those Lindt white chocolate balls. HEAVENLY!!!!!

2) fruit? not enough....maybe once a day
3) milk/dairy products? two or three servings a day
4) fast food? at lunch...almost everyday (boo me!!!)
5) chocolate? only 3rd week of each month and that week at least once DAILY!!!

Definitely leave the salad dressing off!!
Ooh...eye-opening question as I've slipped back into some of my old eating habits.
