My biggest secret is that I changed my way of thinking. I'm not on a diet, I have changed the way I'm eating, trying to get healthy. Exercising I just make a point to make time to do it. I have recently I have started going to the gym before work. I don't deny myself any kind of food, but since I count calories, I look at a label and decide if I want it bad enough to use the calories. Most of the time no, but sometimes yes and then I have to eat extremely light for the rest of the day. I try to eat at least 4 times a day. Oh and I drink tons of water. I have a liter bottle that I fill up at least 4 times a day.
With regards to eating and calories, that is exactly what I've been doing. So hopefully I will have similar results as you! That is so exciting! Christie

If you don't mind my asking how many calories are you allowing yourself per day? I'm on the shorter small boned side so I'm aiming between 1400 and 1600 a day. Over 1600 I know I need to start watching more carefully 1400 being an excellent day as long as I was balanced. My biggest downfall is feeling deprived then just going over the top on junk food.
