I just did the hip to waist ratio calculator here on ivillage. My hip to waste ratio was an 0.83..according to the calculator it should be a .72 and I need to watch my weight..but I weigh 122 pounds. According to the ideal weight calculator this is 2 pounds under the lowest range (it started at 124)
What can I do to help this situation. I do exercise, and i've been using Dr.Phil's ultimate weight solution book to help me learn how to eat more healthy. I feel good though I am bothered by the fact that even at 122 pounds I still have quite a double roll when I sit down.

I did find some info on this topic-
People with apple-shaped figures (heavy around the abdomen) have a higher risk for cardiovascular disease than do pear-shaped people (heavy around the hips and thighs).
To find your waist-to-hip ratio:
1. Use a tape measure to find the circumference of your waist at its narrowest point when your stomach is relaxed.
