1. What's the most difficult thing for you to get back on track with? Do you find it harder to go exercise or refocus on your eating habits? Why do you think that is?

I have a hard time exercising. I just make excuses cause I don't like to do it.

2. What's the easiest thing for you to get back on track with? Exercise or eating? Why do you think that is?

Eating. I like to plan things so its easy for me to plan a week's worth of eating & track it every day.

3. When was the last time you fell off the wagon, and how long were you off?

About 5 months! I started out at the beginning of the year with the intention of losing 20 pounds by my wedding in May. I only worked out for about 2 months before being too busy & losing interest. Now I'm starting again - just this week.

It's easiest for me to fall off in the exercise department. Although with two young kids, my metabolism seems to keep in gear, but I don't always feel my best. When I feel like I've lost my motivation I like to pick up a fitness mag and that usually inspires me
