I went to 3 classes at the gym this week

I loved the first one, liked the second & hated the third. I'll continue the first two but I'll have to try & find something else to do. I'd really like to do 3x a week if I could. There's an interesting sounding class on Saturday mornings but I'm not sure I'm ready to give up my one day to sleep in.

What classes were the ones you liked? What was the one that didn't appeal to you? Was it the instructor, or what was the reason for not enjoying it?
What's the interesting one on Saturdays?? I agree-- those Saturday morning lie-ins are a godsend at times ;-)

The first class was called power pilates but it had pilates, yoga & low impact aerobics combined. The instructor is very upbeat & bubbly & really made me feel welcome.
The second one is a toning class but it has some step aerobics mixed in. That instructor was also great.
The third class was a yoga class. I've been practicing yoga for about 12 years & plan on getting my certificate to teach it someday (as soon as I can come up with the $) so maybe I'm much more critical than others. The teacher had no personality & was, in my opinion, not that knowledgable about yoga. I didn't say anything to anyone in the class but I came home and told DH that as soon as I got my certification I was going to apply to teach yoga there!
I'll start up my fall yoga classes in about another month so maybe I'll just do two days at the gym & try to do something else on my own till then.
It really feels good to have accomplished my goal, even if it is just the first week.
