This is my last week of work before vacation so I'm sure to be busy.
How was your weekend? Did you stay on track?
I did great on Saturday but ate too much junk yesterday. We were at my neice's b-day party. I guess the two days kind of balance each other out though.
What's going on this week for you?
Busy at work, going to make it to the gym for my Mon & Wed class. I also need to go & buy a sports bra. The step aerobics is too much for my regular bras to take, LOL!
What did you have for breakfast?
Low fat mozzarella cheese & pretzels. I've been eating it for about a month now. I was eating crackers first but the pretzels have less fat & sodium. I have to sneak my dairy in somehow.

How was your weekend? Did you stay on track?
Did well on Friday and Saturday, but pushed too hard on Saturday and hurt my back a little bit, so no workout on Sunday and ate too much. Back on track this morning.
What's going on this week for you?
Same old same old. Try to keep going to the gym for 5 days without making my back worse.
What did you have for breakfast?
I peach with 3/4 cup organic fat-free yoghurt and 1/4 cup homemade low-fat muesli; 1 cup of tea with a dash of soy creamer.
How was your weekend? Weekend was OK. Was a stressful week all around.
Did you stay on track? Yes. Even went to a movie and did not succumb to the treat counter. Went to a BBQ and has mostly salad, and no dessert. Had water instead of pop, as there was no diet there.
What's going on this week for you? Got to be in contact with the College, with Student Assistance, with my Lawyer. Also gotta help my friend get her belongings out of her house and on a truck bound for Newfoundland. This will prove to be stressful and difficult as she is newly separated and her soon-to-be-ex is being a Royal Pr***. (Hence the stressful week...!) But, short term...today will talk to my lawyer, to the school, go for my swim, and finish making my skirt I started last night.
What did you have for breakfast? Am having water right now. I just got up and cannot think about food this soon after rising. Will likely have a Smoothie.

How was your weekend? Did you stay on track? So, so. Could have made better choices food wise but tried to practice moderation. Got in 2 walks so feel fairly good about the weekend.
What's going on this week for you? Enjoying the last of my mornings with out kids. Next week all of us will have to be getting up together in the morning. However, lunch time will be nicer with no kids.
