New here.....tired of this fat!

I am laughing because, even though this is not funny, all I can do is laugh otherwise I would be bawling and where would that get me, but into some sort of food? I was walking down the hall upstairs and wondering what in the world was going on.............I was feeling my fat jiggle! That was depressing! Not only does my butt do so, and I already knew that, but now my stomach! Gross! I would like to get something done about it and hoped that you all would help me stay motivated on the days that I am not. The other days, I may be able to motivate some of you. lol
Hope to hear from ya and that I can be a part of this group! Thanks! Michelle
Oh yeah, I am soon to be 36 and need to lose 50 pounds! But, I will take 40! lol

Same here, although it's just about 25 lbs for me! I noticed it's getting harder and harder to lose those unwanted pounds as we all get older. I noticed that. I used to be slim and all of that, but now I'm slowly gaining those unwanted pounds because I lead more sedentary lifestyle.
Basically, I'm trying to eat more healthier meaning less carbs, more whole grains, fruits, veggies and lean meat like fish or chicken (I'm octa-vegatarian of sorts). I'm starting my half marathon regimen. But I'm easily tempted by some sweets like ice cream (my main fave). I'm trying to eliminate chips of any kind out of my diet. It's not easy as I thought. I used to eat those with gusto and not worry about pounds but not anymore.
Welcome to the board Michelle! This is a great board for support, and understanding!! I think many of us are facing the same issues as yourself--
You can do this, start off with small changes in your lifestyle, and work from there.
Good Luck~

Nice to meet you Michelle! This is a great board for motivation and helping you stay accountable to yourself. Also, so many ideas to try. Your bound to find something that works for
Michelle, and Aerynna, welcome to the board!!
Chiming in late to welcome you to the board as well.
I have found that tackling one issue at a time keeps me from being overwhelmed as I make positive changes in my health.
