Hi all, I'm new to this board and I just turned 30. I saw this infomercial. Normally, I'm not swayed by any infomercials but this one caught my attention. I'd like to ask for your input if it's worth getting this. You can check it out at http://www.coresecrets.com and you'd get free DVD plus equipment to work your core and slim it down. Of course, I plan to use it as a supplement to my current half marathon regimen and other activities.

Welcome to the board Aerynna-- and congrats on setting yourself up to do a half marathon! In my personal opinion I don't agree with 'diet pills' and magic when it comes to losing weight. Bottom line- eat healthy, exercise sensibly and drink water ;-)

You will find lots of support here to help you keep on track, good luck~

Hey Aerynna!! Welcome to the board - I actually put my welcome up in Mickey (Michelle's post) but I'll add my two cents on the core secrets.

Generally working your core using a stability ball or a bosu ball is a fantastic addition to any fitness routine.

Just FYI....you can get the Core Secrets ball, pump & 3 DVDs for just $35 or something like that from QVC. That way you aren't chained to a contract & can see if you like it. Personally, I love CS & can already see some results after just 2 weeks.

The Models (sports store in NY) is also selling it.
