Hey there! I have 2 dvds that I really enjoy doing. One is Leslie Sansone's Walk & Jog from her Walk Away the Pounds series and the other is a Pilates for Beginners called Pilates Crunch. Both of those are really good and you don't need much room to do them in. Hope this helps! Christie
Hey there Jodie, I like to use Leslie's walking tapes too. You don't need that much room. I can do them between my TV and couch, and manage to stay within the limits of my 5x8 rug. Check them out here: www.lesliesansone.com
Hi! I use a lot of different exercise videos, too. You might also think about some hand weights - I have sets of 2 lbs, 3 lbs, and 5. They tuck very easily under the edge of your bed or somewhere like that. Or there are lots of different types of bands that a lot of the pilates and yoga tapes use - they don't take up a lot of space. I have one of the big stability balls and let me tell you that is a hard piece of equipment to store without letting the air out! Yipes! It spends a lot of time getting moved from one place to the other because I just really don't have room for it!
Christie
Jodie, I'm in the same boat with this place.
