We wnet to lake havasu for a week at the end of August and though I wascareful, I gained 2 pounds back. Took me a week to lose them. Have been wher I'm at for the last weeks I gain a pound over the weekend and then take a week to lsoe. I have been exercising 3 times a week and have stayed around 1500 calories a day, and nothing. I'm getting frustarted. Any Ideas???

First off congrats on those 10lbs-- that in itself is a milestone not that easy to reach Rainey!! Try not to be too hard on yourself, and if you get the chance check out the positive quote I just put on the board ;-)

Is it possible to bump up your exercise times? Or simply even just changing what you are doing? Sometimes a simple change like that will work wonders? And how about your water intake? I know for me I seem to find it easier to -lose- when I'm drinking more water.

Just some thoughts.....

I'll see if I can find an article on plateaus for you too, if I do I'll post it in the Articles and News

That is what I was going to suggest as well.

I've been losing at a fairly consistent rate and had a five day span where I didn't.

Hey Rainey, maybe try a new machine once a week at the gym!
