Are you a Menstrual Monster?

I know that we've had a couple of conversations about working out during TOM and this morning I found this quiz to do, and I love posting these (quizzes).....

Personally I don't think that I get too affected (most of the time) by my period. Sure there are months when there are cravings, or I'm more irritable than normal, but for the most part I can just go with the flow.
Now let's see what the quiz has to say:
You are the rare woman who sails through her period without any noticeable change in your hormone levels. Either that, or you’re a saint. But even though you don’t suffer from menstrual madness, you still need to have compassion for your sisters who have a harder time when the flowing gets tough. So when your best friend, mom or sister starts sobbing at the sight of a baby booty or becomes uncharacteristically outraged when the waiter forgets to bring the dressing on the side, take heart. The person you love will be back in a few days.

You definitely can get a little irritable when Aunt Flo comes to town, but you mostly manage to keep things under control. You’re good at recognizing when the hormones are talking, and are quick to apologize when you’re short with your boyfriend or impatient with your mom. The best ways to keep PMS under control are by getting plenty of sleep and keeping a healthy diet—in particular lay off the salt, fat, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and cigarettes. Stress relievers like exercise and massage will also go a long way.
Actually - I'm really cranky TWO weeks before my period.
I got the same thing as you despite the fact I answered one of the questions that hubby keeps better track of them than I do.
I'm up and down-though it is physically more so than emotionally (you can read that to mean I'm very passionate and in touch with my emotions all the time so technically it isn't really that different, I'm always unbearable).

I have food cravings. As far as my mood I am quite Bi**chy with people anytime of the month if they get out of line. What can I say I am a loud mouthed woman from NY

I don't notice too many changes except for being way tired. Last month I had really bad cramps but those don't normally happen very often.
