Single women live well, age well

Wedlock not necessarily key to a happy life

You know.....it really is wonderful how society has changed it's opinion on the unmarried woman. I have so many friends of mine who are either the same age, or older, who are still single, and very comfortable with it. I have just as many single male friends- I wonder has the number of unmarried men risen too??

Of course there are times when I just want to have the company of someone with me, it does get lonely living on your own, but I have to say that I'm pretty good at enjoying my own company :-)

At times I'm actually quite thankful to be single. When I see and hear of friends with a significant others struggle with their relationship (and a lot of it on petty things) I think to myself- Yea single life is good.

You know, I agree, that it's nice to finally see that being single after thirty isn't seen as "an affliction" any more, LOL.

Well I certainly wasn't saying I wanted to live the single life forever, lol! I just have to be patient to wait for the right person to come along, or for 'him' to realize it's me he wants, lol!!!
