The Biggest Loser Train!

So Biggest Loser starts up again on Tuesday just in time for me to jump back on the train with my own eating habits. I'm going back on south beach after I fell off miserably and have slept and bummed out the remainder of the month of august. So I'm back on track starting tommorow, I cleared my house of any sugar. LOL
Anyhow, so is everyone going to watch this time around? It really was very inspiring last year. I'll probably keep this post going every wednesday to see if people are watching.

I felt better overall this week. Women behaving much better thank goodness. I too, was glad to see Suzanne go. From her end results she was obviously ready. I think that is how they should pick who goes home. Who is the most ready to handle things on their own. Particularly when everyone is doing their part and not having any major conflicts.
I'm still thinking the men against women thing is a bad idea. Even if they are doing it by percents. Still it must be frustrating to watch the men lose so much. Rationally you can justify it anyway but still seeing someone lose 17 lbs. and you only lose 5 lbs. :o( Don't know if it would help but the women should push themselves just a little harder above what Bob is requiring of them, might make the difference. However, I'm sure everyone of them, after a lost weigh in, thinks I shouldn't of ate that extra piece of cheese or if I would've worked out another 15 minutes... Bugged me how one of the guys was saying "We want to destroy the women." They should be inspiring each other not destroying. I really do like this group of guys except for comments like that.
Matt is interesting. I like that he is so willing to put himself out there but I think sometimes his softer emotional side turns into tantrums. Kind of looks like what happens next week. Kind of seems like he goes through hormonal stuff. Sometimes he is so even and other times he loses it.

That was Mark. He's always making comments like that.
At least last year even though they were in "competition" they still cheered for the other teams weight loss or said "good job" this year there is none of that in between teams which is a bit disappointing.
The men are a lot BIGGER too which is why they keep seeing huge numbers, I mean the guys are upwards of 300 lbs and of course we know men lose weight faster then women anyhow.
I do know the women are losing well too. It's just frustrating to see the men lose so quickly.
That guy Jeff...is sooooo flabby, he's doing great dropped like 70 lbs so far but god his boobs are almost at his waistline.
"his boobs are almost at his waistline." lol Reminds me of the Sienfeld episode where Kramer and George's Dad try to market a "man bra" called the Bro.
I'm sure that will be another issue they have to deal with after they lose the weight. I know Carney
I don't think the women are working hard enough or the right way...
Ok, let me explain.

I actually watched some of it last night, very interesting. I felt though, it's crazy, that a woman is saying how pathetic it is, that she ONLY lost 5lbs. I mean, let's be real, yes it's a competition, but how many of us lose 5lbs in one week and keep losing more and more and more? Not many.
And I don't think I'd complain about the 1,000 steps either. I mean, I hiked up a mountain (base to 2,500ft), climbing 4,000 steps FOR FUN!!! And that wasn't no, simple stairmaster, it was harder.
Oh well, I just couldn't believe the numbers though. WOW!
