Over the last month we've had a few questions regarding different supplements so that's the theme of our Question of the Week:

If you were told there was a pill that would magically put you at your goal weight within a week and you would maintain that weight without altering your diet for a year, but the catch was that 12 months later you would gain it all back PLUS 5 pounds would you take it? No I wouldn't. I need to learn proper eating and exercise habits and maintain that for the rest of my life. Not accept a short term fix.

I think I probably would. I live very far away from my friends and family and I'm going to see them in 2 months. I want to look my best when I'm there, as well as actually having clothes to fit into. After being that weight for a year I think I'd be more motivated to lose the weight after it came back. Right now I feel like using the excuse that I just had a baby, that it took 9 months to put on and should take at least that to take off. It's been nearly 3 years since I was at my goal weight (I've had 2 babies in that time), and it's very easy to forget how good that felt and settle for an unhealthier alternative. Can you imagine waking up one morning and suddenly being overweight?!

I'd like to take the high road here, and say no - but knowing myself, I would try it.

I'm gonna say no. However, if Brad Pitt was included for that year most certainly!
Have you ever taken a supplement that was later taken off the market for being dangerous?
