Feeling a little discouraged lately

I've been eating healthy & tracking my food for the last two months. I've been going to the gym twice a week for the last month. Shouldn't I see some difference? I haven't lost an ounce, I'm still tired all the time & I don't feel like my workouts are getting any easier. In fact, last week's aerobics almost killed me - I was so exhausted I couldn't keep up with the class.
So what do I need to change? Right now I have yoga one night, pilates one night & a low-impact aerobics/toning class another. That's 3 1/3 hours per week plus I try to get out each weekend to take a walk or two. I'm following the food pyramid guidelines & eating about 1500 calories a day, fruits & veggies, low fat, etc.
I guess I'm just frustrated by all this work when I have nothing to show for it. I almost feel like its not worth it even though I know that I am healthier but I can't feel it so it seems pointless. I could really use some encouragement or tips on how to keep my motivation going.
Thanks.
Ann

Are you measuring your body?
I found my scale doesn't move quickly that I have to rely on the tape measure for my boosts in progress.
Ann- it's frustrating this weight loss/health journey at times, huh? From your posts you are on track doing things the right way-- but I agree with Miranda re. the sleeping not being enough. I know that it can be difficult to get those recommended hours each night, but it is important- even at least a couple of nights a week.
I'd also agree with the others to perhaps looking at seeing your doctor to see if something else isn't holding you back.
In the meantime here are a few *tips* that might help:

I know how frustrating it can be, been there done that, got the t-shirt to prove it.
Just from what you've listed I would have to say that while you are exercising for a fair amount of time that what you are doing and how it is broken up is the likely culprit.
