Mexican food is loaded, isn't it? It's such a shame, as it's so damn good!! But you're right, once in a while can't be all that bad. The thing is to have CONTROL!

1. Do you have a special 'treat' that is your biggest temptation? CHOCOLATE

2. Have you discovered a new food weakness recently? No

3. What are your own 'rules' when it comes to treats? When I am craving something I just have it, the thign is in the past I've tried to "substitute" something healthy and it just didn't work, I ended up craving it more and probably ate it anyone, along with the substitute eaten before it. LOL So now I eat it, don't worry about it, it's just one little deviant off the road and I'm back on track.

One thing I love especially when I'm pmsing is I'll buy Hershey Kisses, you can have like 11 for one serving, if you let them slowly melt in your mouth, 11 can last a long time.

I love Mexican food so much I have a Mexican boyfriend. However he has informed me Fried Ice Cream is not served in his part of the country. Just my luck. :)

You know....that's the thing; listen to your body! I agree, if there's a craving- give into it, at least a little. Moderation!!

(by the way- watching the Biggest Loser now, and have to keep going over to the couch to see what's going on-- this one is good!!!!)

1. Do you have a special 'treat' that is your biggest temptation? Most of the time it's something sweet. Ice cream was a big one, but I haven't had it in the house in so long, I'm getting over it, just a bit. I like chocolate shakes though, the real ones made with ice cream.

2. Have you discovered a new food weakness recently? Godiva key lime truffles

3. What are your own 'rules' when it comes to treats? I try to plan for treats. Most of the time Sunday is my "dessert day" because I'm with SO and his daughter brings home the Godiva. I try to keep it to one piece even then though. If I know something's coming up, like dinner at Andiamo (major Italian food, pasta, bread, the whole deal)
