Newbie saying Hi

Hello,
I'm new to this board and I'm new at being 30 :) I just turned thirty on October 2nd.
I regularly visit the Kathy Smith board and I'm just poking around looking for more boards that seem to be fun!
What kind of fitness plan does everyone here follow?? Currently these are my goals: drink 64oz or more every day, wake up early and exercise at least 5 days a week, and I'm following a flexible slimfast plan. My good news is that I lost 2 1/2 inches in one month but for some weird reason I don't have any difference with the scale but I don't really care, as long as I can continue to burn off some of this fat, I'll be happy!!
Well, I really just popped in to say Hi and hope with time I can make some new friends!!

Do you like to walk?? Walking is the most easiest and best form of exercise and now that the weather is cooling down, well it is here, it's a great time for walking outside!! I've tried many forms of exercise so if you need any suggestions or advice, please ask!
