We've all done it- had an excuse not to workout......why do we do that to ourselves, when deep down we know all the benefits of how good it will make us feel?


1. What's the number one excuse you use when you don't feel/want to exercise?


2. Is there a particular form of exercise that has gotten you hooked, either recently or in the past?


3. Do you like to schedule when you will exercise throughout the week, or are you a 'whenever' you can kinda gal?

Ah yes then, I do vaguely remember you mentioning a bag--- but not the BF and you wrestling- a form of foreplay, no? LOL

Foreplay right up to the hit that knocks me on my butt and then i come out Swinging.
