DAY FOUR: Listen Up

Music has been shown to help heart patients and migraine sufferers, improve concentration, reduce negative emotions such as stress and anxiety, and energize the body and brain. A good song seems to buzz straight past our conscious mind and head some place deeper, unlocking tension and making us want to sing out. Conversely, a bad song can really be grating --
