Hi friends,
I'm Nivi,35 yrs....and new to this board.I'm 5'2" 146 lbs.I'm trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 120-125 lbs.All i can do at the moment(with 3 kids and no help with house chores)is walk/bike and reduce the calorie intake.I have been walking for the past 10 days for about 30-45 mts.Is there any type of exercise i can do at home to reduce my weight?Due to money and time i cannot join any work out places.I dont know whether i fit in here, but the frustration brought me here.
